Tim has significant experience as a financial markets executive, with 20 years of service in foreign exchange, interest rates and advisory to corporates throughout the Asia Pacific region.
He has held senior management positions with Custom House, Western Union and Cambridge Global Payments with his most recent positions as Managing Director and Responsible Manager for Cambridge in the APAC region.
Tim has an expert level of knowledge in the sales of foreign exchange from a management perspective and product level.
Tim’s style is to formulate strategy, implement and execute plans in a direct and pragmatic approach, with a heavy focus on sales and results.
WADE DILKS MANAGING DIRECTOR & PARTNER
Wade is a highly experienced Managing Director with a demonstrated history of working in the Financial Markets industry. Specialising in Foreign Exchange, Global Payment’s, Risk management solutions & Financial Markets Risk.
Wade has extensive experience in providing tailored solutions and Markets Advisory services to Corporate & Institutional customers throughout APAC, Europe & the Northern Hemisphere region.
Wade is responsible for establishing, managing and leading the Global Markets Sales Strategy for cross product (FX/Derivatives/Technology/Payments/Advice) over our global sales model being APAC/Northern Hemisphere & Europe.
Wade holds an MBA as well as a Bachelor of Business majoring in Banking and Finance.
VANNA KADIR DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIPS
As a seasoned professional, Vanna brings a wealth of experience to Navigate GP.She is known for driving brand growth, maximizing strategic partnerships through innovative solutions and delivering financial performance backed by a strong track record of over 13 years within financial markets. She most recently served as head of partners for Nasdaq listed company Xe, where she successfully delivered the strategic direction, vision, growth and performance of the Australian partnerships division within a large portfolio of partners, high net worth clients, investors and corporate businesses both locally and abroad.
Vanna is extremely passionate about client centricity with a strong skill set in leadership, business relationship management, portfolio management and financial risk management. Paired with her commercial acumen ensures her clients are well educated and informed around foreign currency matters.
BRAUN KIM CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Braun is a Chartered Accountant with over 11 years of accounting and management experience. He started his career at a chartered accounting firm and developed it into financial services industry. He held audit and tax positions at chartered accounting firms including Kelly Partners and held senior accounting positions at financial services and insurance broking firms. His experiences and expertise include audit, financial reporting, tax and regulatory reporting.
Prior to joining Navigate Global Payments, Braun held a senior accounting role at AFEX, one of the largest non-bank payment service providers where he developed his expertise in global payments and foreign exchange business. He was responsible for broad aspect of corporate accounting functions for AFEX APAC region including tax and regulatory reporting.
At Navigate Global Payments, Braun overseas the firm’s finance and accounting function.
Braun is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant in Australia (CA ANZ) and holds a Bachelor of Laws (Korea) and Master of Accounting (Australia).
MICK CARMODY HEAD OF TREASURY
Mick has extensive experience trading and managing risk for over 10 years. Focusing on foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity risk, Mick has previously worked with Macquarie Bank in Sydney, Singapore and London before joining Navigate Global Payments.
Specialising in derivative markets, Mick established the FX Option trading desks in Singapore and London for Macquarie Bank. In London for 4 years, he was Head of the London Option Desk and was responsible for all FX option and interest rate risk managed in the Northern Hemisphere.
Mick specialises in managing exotic risk and structuring foreign exchange hedges for clients.
VINCE LOMORO DIRECTOR CORPORATE SALES
Vince is an experienced Director in Financial Markets with a demonstrated 30-year history of providing innovative solutions to Clients in the Corporate, Commercial and Private Banking sector in Interest Rate and Foreign Currency Risk Management. Vince is a strong business development professional skilled in People Leadership, Portfolio Management, Financial Risk Management, Business Relationship Management, with a strong stakeholder and customer engagement focus as well as being an experienced public speaker and presenter. Vince holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Mathematics) as well as a Graduate Diploma and Master of Finance.
NASEER MOHAMMED DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY
Naseer is a Computer Science Engineer with over 20 years of IT experience. He held various IT roles in Technical Support, IT Services and Management and worked with organisations like HP, CA Technologies & EncoreFX. He was a member of Council for Technical Excellence (CTE) and also headed the Patent Review Board (APAC) at CA Technologies where he was responsible to review and approve Patents to the U.S.Patent Office. He also has a strong experience in implementing various Infrastructure Management Solutions, ITIL ITSM Framework and Salesforce.
Prior to joining Navigate Global Payments, Naseer managed the IT infrastructure and Business Solutions for EncoreFX APAC.
At Navigate Global Payments, Naseer is responsible for the Global Technology Product Development, IT Strategy and Framework.
Naseer holds a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Computer Science. He is also a certified Scrum Master and an ITIL 3.0 Consultant.
DANNY PEZESHKI NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR
Danny brings a wealth of experience to Navigate GP having worked in financial markets since 2007. With a proven track record in building, developing and leading high performing sales teams, he worked abroad setting up the Indonesian arm of AFEX as the country manager. Since 2013 Danny has managed various Sales and Dealing teams regionally, nationally, and overseas.
Danny’s career has presented him with opportunities to work in various offices around the world in Singapore, Los Angeles, Jakarta and London gaining insight and understanding into the customer sales journey, and sales processes across various cultures.
With a passion for Risk Management, one of Danny’s strengths lies in hedge policy and hedge strategy formulation helping clients achieve their FX and business goals. Danny joins us from AFEX where he was the NSW Head of Sales & Dealing having built a successful high performing sales culture
